Textiles AS designs 1

For my AS Textiles project we had to take an existing product with problems and develop it. I chose the high visibility waistcoat as it has no shape, doesn’t fit its users, the velcro comes undone easily, it’s not very appealing, is very flimsy and not very warm. In my first page of designs I developed the fastening. I then chose two designs and modelled them; I chose a zip and a hook and eye.
